Who we are

This website is run by [legal name], trading as Avaz Studio, tax number [NIF], with its registered office at [registered address, Porto, Portugal]. For anything about your data, write to contact@avaz.studio.

What we collect

Through the contact form: your name, email, brand or website, the stage and revenue range of your brand, the services you need and your message. Through the newsletter form: your email and your consent. We do not collect anything else about you, and the site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

Contact form: to reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (GDPR, Article 6(1)(b)). Newsletter: to send you insights and best practices about ecommerce, about once a month, only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.

Who processes it for us

Cloudflare (hosting and cookieless visit statistics), Web3Forms (delivers the contact form to our inbox), Klaviyo (newsletter) and Google Workspace or our email provider (our inbox). Some of these providers are based in the United States; transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to two years after our last conversation, unless we start working together, when the contract rules apply. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Cookies

The site only uses what it needs to work. Visit statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify you. If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent first.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format, by writing to contact@avaz.studio. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).
